n June 2015, Mr. Valencia received a telephone call from the Venezuelan Minister of Health accusing him of having cooperated with the Committee during its fifty-fifth session regarding its consideration of the State party’s third periodic report. Mr. Valencia also received a telephone call from a member of the Department of Social Security, who questioned him about the reasons behind his recent activities.
