How to submit a case to the UN
Allegations of intimidation and reprisals should be addressed to the UN body or mechanism with which the cooperation took place . They can also be reported directly to [email protected] to facilitate coordination and follow-up. Other secure channels of communication are available upon request.
The following mechanisms have developed ways to address and respond to allegations of intimidation and reprisal against those cooperating with them or with the UN in general.

- Universal Periodic Review; UPR Secretariat: [email protected]
- Special procedures mandate holders: You can submit using the on-line submission form and/or respective mandate email address ( see list of email addresses ) or through the Urgent action email address: [email protected]
- Treaty Bodies: General information on Acts of intimidation and reprisal for cooperation with the treaty bodies . That link includes information specific to each treaty body. Incidents of reprisals and intimidation related to individual complaints procedures should be sent to the Petitions Team: [email protected]
