investigation on her case.

The Committee against Torture addressed allegations of psychological pressure and
physical intimidation against Mr. Aleksei Demin, following the consideration of his
complaint to the Committee under article 3 of the Convention.42 The Government responded
to the Committee against Torture, categorically rejecting the allegations and reiterating the
information provided in its previous replies.
