On 19 November 2016, and based on a judicial order issued on 17 November 2016, at the Cairo International Airport, Ms. Soliman was prevented from travelling to Jordan in order to participate in training on gender equality and women’s rights. Ms. Soliman was not formally informed of the order or of the basis for the travel ban.
